Pre-Team I and II
Students in our Pre-team I program enjoy a 90-minute class once a week and students in Pre-team II will have a 2 hour class. Students are invited to our pre-team programs based on an evaluation completed by head coaches which reveals that students are ready for an added challenge in their gymnastics training compared to the syllabus covered in recreational gymnastics classes or Pre-team I. Students will be given semi-annual written evaluations to inform the parent of current progress in mastering pre-team skill requirements. Students performing the majority of skill progression at a high level may be invited to Pre-team II or our Team Trainer program.
